Europe first

Your infrastructure,
with a European accent.

We prioritise European providers, publish who processes your data and, where a European alternative exists, you choose it.

Our principles

Europe first.
No small print.

01

European company and contract

Monolit Digital SL, headquartered in Spain. Contract under Spanish law and the GDPR.

02

European providers first

Registrar in the Netherlands and commercial certificates through a Latvian provider. Every new integration is first assessed against a European alternative.

03

Dashboard data in the EU

The platform database is hosted in Ireland.

04

Full transparency

We publish every provider, its role and its headquarters, including the non-European ones.

You decide

Where there’s a European option,
you choose it.

Today you can choose European DNS (Openprovider) instead of Cloudflare, and GoGetSSL commercial certificates instead of free Let’s Encrypt SSL. We will keep expanding the options.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask us.

Is DAEMON 100% European?
Not yet, and we’d rather say so clearly. The company, the registrar and the commercial certificates are European and the dashboard data is in the EU; some platform services, such as web hosting or transactional email, rely on US companies. All of them are listed in the table.
Can I use European providers only?
For DNS and certificates you can already choose the European option. Tell us your requirements and we’ll tell you what is possible today in your case.
How is data leaving the EU protected?
When a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we apply the safeguards required by the GDPR.
