Privacy policy
This policy explains what information we use, why we need it and what control you keep over it.
Last updated: 31 August 2026This is an informative translation. The Spanish version is the legally binding one.1. Data controller
Monolit Digital SL is the controller of the personal data processed through Daemon Cloud. For privacy queries or to exercise your rights, write to admin@monolit.digital.
2. Data we process
- Identification and contact data provided by the client or by an invited person.
- Account, organisation, role, permission and access activity data.
- Technical information needed to operate domains, DNS, certificates and support requests.
- Security, audit, communication delivery and service diagnostic logs.
- Commercial and billing data when the contracted service requires it.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide and administer the service, authenticate users, execute requests, prevent abuse, maintain traceability, provide support and send operational communications. The legal bases are the performance of the contract or pre-contractual measures, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interest in protecting and improving the service and, where applicable, consent.
4. Providers and transfers
We use technology providers for hosting, database, authentication, email and observability, including Vercel, Supabase, Google and Resend. They only receive the data needed for their function and act under their contracts and security measures. Where there is an international transfer, we apply the safeguards required by European law.
5. Retention and security
We keep data while the account or contractual relationship is active and, afterwards, for the periods needed to meet legal obligations or liabilities. We apply access controls, credential encryption, per-client separation, audit logs and strong authentication in operational areas.
6. Cookies and technical data
Daemon Cloud uses strictly necessary cookies to keep sessions and protect access. It may also collect aggregated technical metrics to monitor availability and performance. We do not use this data for behavioural advertising.
7. Rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to admin@monolit.digital. You can also withdraw consent without affecting prior processing and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
8. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or functional changes. We will publish the current version at this same URL and notify relevant changes when necessary.
