Terms of service

1. Owner and scope

Daemon Cloud is a Monolit Digital SL product for managing domains, DNS, certificates and related operations. These terms govern access to the platform and are complemented by the proposal, order or contract agreed with each client.

2. Account and access

• Access is granted through an invitation or an authorised authentication method.
• Each person must use their own account and keep their devices and authentication factors secure.
• The client is responsible for reviewing its users, roles and permissions, and for reporting any improper access.

3. Permitted use

The platform must be used lawfully and in line with operational instructions. It is not permitted to attempt to bypass controls, access third-party data, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code or use the resources for fraud, abuse or activities that infringe rights.

4. Operations and providers

Some requests are executed through registrars, certificate authorities, DNS providers or other third parties. Their timelines, policies and availability may affect execution. Daemon Cloud shows confirmations, statuses and costs where applicable, but a request is not considered complete until the relevant provider confirms it.

5. Availability and maintenance

We work to keep the service available and secure, although interruptions may occur due to maintenance, incidents or external dependencies. We may apply urgent changes when needed to protect accounts, data or infrastructure.

6. Prices and contracting

Prices, margins, taxes, renewals and payment terms are set out in the relevant offer or confirmation. Third-party services may change their prices; when an operation requires approval, the current amount will be shown or confirmed before it is executed.

7. Intellectual property

Monolit Digital SL retains the rights to the platform, its design, documentation and software. The client retains the rights to its data and authorises us to process it solely to provide, protect and improve the contracted service.

8. Liability

Each party is liable in accordance with the contract and applicable law. Monolit Digital SL is not liable for losses caused by incorrect instructions, compromised credentials, actions of the client or failures attributable to external providers beyond its reasonable control, without prejudice to rights that cannot be legally limited.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to contain a security risk, unlawful use or a serious breach. When the relationship ends, the contractual conditions for data export, retention and deletion will apply.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts in accordance with the applicable law and contract. For queries, write to admin@monolit.digital.
